Outstanding food, beautifully maintained room with such quality and a king bed, for example. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Comfy location of the hotel, really close to an industrial area, restaurants and shopping and the comparable Crowne Plaza.

We enjoyed the continental breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the layout of the room with the mini kitchen and separated front room and bedroom. We have a 20 month old so it was perfect for us!! It is a beautiful and clean hotel and we would definitely stay there again. A little oasis in the middle of the connecticut highways. We were visiting New Haven as well as New Canaan and Greenwich and this was the perfect location .

I was very impressed - they have changed their image dramatically since the last time I stayed at a hyatt. the style is similar to a "w" now - modern design & furnishings. beds aren't as plush as I like but I loved the hotel and got a great rate. booking through you took 2 hassle-free minutes! very satisfied!!
2 very minor details - the flat screen set up was odd and the beds could be cozier - but honestly I was very satisfied with my stay.

The weather was fine, had a really nice stay on vacation. They offered a Disability Access room with a king bed, and that was great. - the staff was ready to assist, very helpful, and excellent people.

Room layout and furnishings were modern and impressive. Breakfast selection was good. Personnel were very accomodating.
HVAC unit was exceptionally noisy (especially since located within 2 feet of the bed) - badly needs a low or medium fan speed option. Side faucet in sink was a little awkward to use.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom had good amenities along with central heating. the hotel offers a heated pool, making it a great spot for relaxation. Its marvelous location provides easy access to downtown and the interstate.
